Extra Tracks

Below are tracks from our library that never made it onto one of our compact discs. They can be downloaded here as high quality 320kbs AAC encoded (MP3) files. Those originating on 78rpm discs are raw and no attempt to clean up the surface noise had been made although we have removed some loud cracks and bangs. Please note the previews are compressed files so the sound is not as good as that on the whole track.

Nick Morgan (b1969)

Yorkshireman Nick Morgan is a composer and teacher mainly writing choral and chamber music . He wrote Out of the Depths a setting of the 1st verse of Psalm 130 ('De Profundis') as a meditation and a focus for people to consider continuing to donate to relief efforts in Haiti. It is also suitable for church groups to use as a focus for prayers. It is performed by Nick and his daughter Susie, aged 7. Please buy the single for only GBP0.95. We are donating the proceeds to Worldvision an organisation that has been in Haiti since 1978 and had a staff of 800 already on the ground and is committed to helping Haiti in the long term. Nick is happy for it to be played publicly at no charge if it is in connection with supporting relief efforts in Haiti.
