Richard Bowker admires British Railways standard loco 75027 accompanied by Martin Lock, Operations Undercover Project Manager (centre).

After Richard Bowker, Chairman of the Strategic Rail Authority opened the new shop at Sheffield Park he was conducted on a tour of the railway by all four Bluebell Vice Presidents.
In the picture above are left to right; Bill Brophy , David Quarmby (Vice President), Geoffrey Cope (Vice President), Mrs and Mr Bowker, Graham Flight (Chairman BluebellPLC), Sir Alastair Morton (Vice President). In the backgorund is BR Standard loco 75027.
